About the piece: Obsessed as I am with colors, I name the piece as the source of all of them. Prism (Alleluia) is a work composed with a specific image in mind: a beam of light bouncing around in a dark room, lighting it up. The work shows how a single particle can grow and become a massive source of power when it is united with others. The text is based on the ending phrase of the last psalm in the Bible, calling all living beings to praise the power of God. Prism is about the joy of seeing the true colors of life.
